Hei, hyggelig å møte deg! :) I'm back from a break from tutoring, and can't wait to meet you! My name is Tula, I'm 22 years old and I live in Oslo in Norway. I am currently working on a bachelors degree in applied psychology, working as a barista, and hopefully I'll also help you speak Norwegian in no time!
My passion is working with, and helping people reach their goals, no matter what area of life. Learning new languages is also one of my greatest hobbies, and currently I'm learning German. Other hobbies of mine are strength training, knitting, crocheting, reading, playing video games, painting, watching movies and playing the piano, in other words we have lots to talk about!Che tipo di insegnante sono
As a language tutor, I want to tailor our lessons to what you need. I will provide you resources such as books and textbooks, audio files, podcast episodes, and more. When we meet up, we can discuss your goals and come up with a plan together.
I don't believe the traditional classroom style language learning is very effective, I instead believe in immersion, input and using the language as fast as possible. I believe it is also way more fun that way!

I like to set a plan and goal for what we want to cover in each lesson, but also keep the lessons relaxed. I want to make sure to use your time wisely, but also not pressure you unnecessarily. Depending on your goal, we can be more efficient and particular, or more casual about it.
After lessons, I'm happy to provide audio files, written feedback, tips for practice between our sessions, and other material and resources. I don't want to call it homework, instead I want to find resources you'll feel motivated to look at and learn from, if that's your thing.

We had a nice chat and tried to speak Norwegian more often which was great too. It is hard to find people that I can easily talk to, let alone in Norwegian, so it is nice to find a teacher like Tula. Next time I will have a lot more questions to ask and I am sure it will go better and better! Takk så mye for timen, Tula. Vi ses og vi snakkes!

Helena er flink til å høre de detaljene som jeg trenger å øve på og gir meg nyttig tilbakemeldinger. Jeg er fornøyd med måten vi jobber sammen og synes det hjelper meg akkurat som jeg trenger. Jeg anbefaler henne som lærer.

The teacher was involved and came with some good ideas about how I can become successful with my goals. It was a good first lesson and I guess I will book the next lesson as well. A good experience overall. I recommend Tula. :)
