I cannot recommend Liù enough. Our minds work in the same way when it comes to languages, me being curious about how the language works grammatically and she being a grammar enthusiast. But her way of explaining these things is far from the usual boring method you get in a classroom. She uses your life and experiences as examples and solidifies your understanding by way of having an enjoyable chat in Italian. A teacher explaining Italian, but a friend during practice.

Liu has been teaching me Italian for the last couple of months and she is fantastic! I was a complete beginner but with her help I am really starting to understand and speak quite fluently. I have been doing an hour a day with her and then following up with assignments she has given me. If you are looking for someone who makes learning a language not just easy but fun then look no further. I cannot recommend her enough.

Liu is very familiar with the complexities of various languages and is able to break them down into parts that are easy to assimilate and understand. She has also provided me with material that will help me utilize what I am learning. She is congenial, fun and an all around very pleasant person to deal with. I highly recommend you give her a try!!

Liu has been a delightful teacher and greatly helped in my prep for an upcoming trip to Italy.
