My name is Jo Katsani, i am originally from Greece but I was born in Germany and have lived there for 6 years. I speak 3 languages - of which German and Greek are my mother tongue and English is fluent.
I studied German philology and literature in Greece and have more than 16 years of teaching experience at both public and private schools in Greece. I have been teaching private classes, in person and online and have also volunteered at a local school in Indonesia. I am also an examiner in Greece’s state certificate of language proficiency.
My students range from 4 to 74 years old. I teach all levels from beginners to advanced classes as well as support on exam certification studies.Che tipo di insegnante sono
I am a very experienced teacher, but most importantly I absolutely love what I do. My main goal is for you to enjoy both the process and the language, to feel comfortable, to not be afraid to make mistakes because I will be there to help you learn from them. Every lesson is different, because every student is unique and that is my inspiration. Together we will tailor our lessons to your interests, personality, time and goals. Because of my studies and long experience I can assure you that I will structure our lessons exactly as they should be to be enjoyable and effective for you and that you will achieve your goals quickly while having fun. At the end of this beautiful trip I felt so blessed and that these children taught me more than I could ever teach them.

Frau Katsani is adept german teacher and also very understanding and able to deal with difficult situations. Both of my children are students of Georgia's -- 15 yo and 13 yo. They both benefit a great deal from german lessons with her.
