Ciao! I am Maria Rosaria and I am a qualified and experienced Italian Language Teacher to Foreigners.
I have a Master's Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (English and Russian) and I have also got the DITALS Level II Certification to teach Italian Language to foreigners.
I've been teaching Italian to foreigners for 9 years and I worked in private language schools in Italy and abroad.
I am a freelance teacher and teaching is my full-time job. I put all my energies, passion and knowledge in my work, in order to guarantee fun, interesting and professional classes.

I'm an open - minded and patient teacher. I like talking and joking with my students because I want to make them feeling relaxed and comfortable during my lessons.
I taught to students of different nationalities and this experience helped me to understand which are the difficulties in learning the Italian Language. I'm also empathetic because I know how hard and challenging the study of a foreign language is.Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento

La scelta dell'insegnante
I’ve been studying with Maria Rosaria in order to prepare for my CILS exams. It had been such a long time since I sat an exam, I was anxious about the process and had a fear of failure. Maria Rosaria is wonderful, she guided me through the phases of the exams, coached me on each aspect of the language - reading, writing, listening, speaking and grammar generally, and from the outset we established a fabulous rapport.
Maria Rosaria is very knowledgeable and also easy to just chat to; when I hadn’t done my homework or if there was a major distraction in my life, we would spend an hour just in conversation which boosted my confidence and improved my speaking skills. This week I received the results of my first exam - 93%! I’m immensely happy and looking forward to continuing our work together as I plan for the next exam in a few months.

Мария прекрасный учитель, она всегда готовится к урокам, объясняет все очень доступно . Благодаря её урокам я прошёл экзамен Cils уровень B2 и свободно общаюсь на итальянском. Кроме того она очень приятный и доброжелательный человек и вдобавок говорит по русски .

La scelta dell'insegnante
Maria is fully committed to teaching and has a thorough understanding of the English Language, which is imperative for accurate translations. Making sure I end the lesson with more knowledge than when I began the lesson is her primary goal. Maria starts every class with a simple conversation but listens closely to correct grammar and pronunciation. She has been fully engaged with my progress. Her entire approach to teaching Italian is not nerve-wracking but relaxing and informative. I feel totally at ease when speaking to her. She helps develop good speaking habits by presenting exercises or by simply advancing each conversation with a broader understanding of grammar, vocabulary and idioms. Her teaching style is engaging, and the hour goes by quickly. I would highly recommend Maria as a teacher, she invests her time in her students so they become capable and competent Italian speakers.
