I am a passionate and experienced teacher based in Serbia and Austria, where I live with my husband and two wonderful children. Growing up bilingual thanks to my parents, I developed a deep love for languages from an early age, and it’s a love that I’ve carried into my professional life. With a BA in German Language and Literature and a MA in Translation Studies, I’ve been teaching German as a second language for over 10 years, including 8 years online.
I'm also a licensed Telc examiner, specializing in language test preparation, with a track record of success in helping my students reach their goals.

I specialize in working with beginners and test preparation for Goethe Zertifikat, Telc, ÖSD, ÖIF, and other major exams like TOEFL, Duolingo, and Cambridge tests. Since I have experience with both learning and teaching languages, I understand what you´re going through and I am here to support you on your way of becoming fluent.
If you wish to start learning German from the beginning - I got you! I have a lot of experience working with students who had no prior German knowledge, and were able to comfortably speak basic German within two months (A1).
If you're studying for a specific test (Goethe Zertifikat, ÖSD, TELC or ÖIF), I can help you successfully pass the test, as I have gained lots of experience preparing many students of different levels.

German teacherI have gained valuable teaching experience working with people from all walks from life. I was teaching both individual clients and groups and all levels of proficiency. I have successfully prepared many students for the German language tests, such as Goethe Certificate, ÖSD, and TELC for medical workers and caretakers.

Language trainerFor the past several years I´ve been working with young German athletes and teaching online per Skype and Zoom, so I am no stranger to working online. I became more flexible in my teaching, I have developed individualized approach and became more punctual because of the back-to-back classes.

Beatrisa ist eine tolle Lehrerin. Sie ist sehr nett, lieb, sympathisch und interessant. Sie hat mir sehr viel geholfen und ich habe so viel gelernt. Die Unterrichtsstunden waren flexibel, nützlich, interessant und sehr angenehm.
Ich habe die Vorbereitung für die ÖSD B2 Prüfung mit sie gemacht und ich bin zufrieden, weil ich sehr bereit und sicher war.
Ich empfehle sie 100%😁

Ich habe meine Stunde mit Beatrisa genossen. Sie ist sehr freundlich und ist eine tolles Lehrerin.
[ENG] Although my level of German is very low, Beatrisa was very patient with me, and gave me lots of time to speak. She taught in a manner that I think is perfect... she didn't jump in and keep correcting me as I spoke, but instead made notes and then went over some of my key mistakes at the end of the lesson.
I would definitely recommend her as a teacher and will be booking more classes with her in the future.

Beatrisa’s lessons are engaging, she does not only focus on the results but also on the process. A few points that i want to highlight about her and her teaching style:
1. She summarises and fits into context what we have previously learned.
2. She always checks if i am progressing to my stated objective. (A VERY IMPORTANT TRAIT!)
3. She requires to practice newly learned words or grammar rules and always displays an enthusiastic and positive approach.
4. She always finds time to discuss strategies to incorporate a more effective understanding of the language.
I have finished 20 Deutsch lessons with her and i plan to continue booking them. I highly recommend Beatrisa as a teacher.
