1对外汉语教学面对的是教育观念，思维模式迥异的外国留学生。其目的是让他们说一口流利地道的汉语。所以必须让他们勇于开口，乐于开口。
2营造轻松的课堂氛围，建立和谐的师生关系，从而让学生畅所欲言，但轻松不是无组织无纪律，而是松紧有度。
3树立威信，设立汉语课堂法则。在课堂上对学生比较宽容友善，热情，微笑。
4言传身教，一诺千金。答应学生的事情不能食言，否则就破坏了自己的威信。言教不如身教，为人师表。要做好表率。
5词汇教学更重视对字的讲解，中国文化源远流长，汉字更是经历了历史的巨大变迁。中国词汇汉字多达几十万，但是常用汉字却只有区区几千个。弄清楚一个字根的意思即可由点到线，由线到面的激活一连串词汇。
6在课堂上多注意学生的情绪和表达，随时关注学生对课堂学习的体会，经常询问学生是否能很好的接受这样的教学方法或方式，多聆听学生的声音。
7重视复习和应用的重要性，依情况可适当留一些问题给学生思考，使得他们养成主动、独立学习中文的目的。Le mie lezioni e il mio metodo di insegnamento

我在教学中讲课情绪饱满。我将科学的对学生进行教导。讲到动情之处，往往情绪高涨。慷慨激昂，扣人心弦。给人以震撼人心的力量，引起学生强烈的情感共鸣。师生之间在沟通理解的前提下，共同营造出一种渴求知识。探索真理的热烈气氛。学生在这样的教师引导下所获得的不仅仅是知识的训练价值，还包括人格情感的陶冶价值。
我的教学风格亲切自然，朴实无华。没有矫揉造作，也不刻意渲染，而是娓娓而谈，细细道来。师生之间在一种平等，协作，和谐的气氛下进行默契的情感交流。将对知识的渴求和探索融于简朴真实的教学情景之中。
有时我的授课风格又是幽默型，我的教学最大特点是讲课生动，形象，妙语连珠，动人心弦。一个生动形象的比喻犹如画龙点睛，给学生开启智慧之门。一种恰如其分的幽默会引来学生会心的微笑。相信对于调动学生学习的积极性和主动性而言，这是一种值得追求的教学风格。Il mio materiale didattico
