Hi! My name is Grace. I was born and raised in the Philippines. I am a fun and energetic Teacher. You are welcome in my class. I am currently studying a new language dialect like Bicol. I like to read books such as novels, comics, and the Bible. During my free time, I travel somewhere here in my country. I use a boat and motorcycle but I won't drive. However, I am a volunteer Teacher, I help young learners and adults to have a positive view in the future. I am a Teacher by Profession as I graduated with a degree of Bachelor in Elementary Education with a specialization in Early Childhood. I am a Licensed Professional Teacher and I completed a course with 120-hour TEFL Certificate. So that, I have been teaching different Nationalities such as Filipino, Chinese young kids and Spanish adults for 8 years. Teaching is very challenging yet very rewarding, I do that by making my class fun and engaging. I can offer conversational English and basic English. I can teach daily English as well like phonics and composing sentences. I like to use puppets and toys to make them more interactive and enjoyable. I use flashcards and lots of Total Physical Response so that, it will not be necessary to use a translator. I give homework and quizzes after the discussion. Grace was very professional and made our first lesson in Tagalog accessible and easy to understand. We talked about cooking and she introduced terms in Tagalog in a way that made sense while still challenging me. Thanks for a great first meeting!
