I'm Tom from England (the United Kingdom), and I'm currently spending time in Panamá (Central America). I've been teaching English as a foreign language since 2006. I've worked full-time in colleges in England teaching group classes and one-to-one (from 2006 to 2017), and online since 2017.
I can help you or your child gain confidence when speaking English, and to learn more grammar and vocabulary. I have lots of experience to help you!
I have 3 teaching diplomas including CertTESOL (Trinity College London). I have a bachelor's degree (BSc Hons), and I'm learning Spanish (also on italki); so I understand what it's like to learn another language.Che tipo di insegnante sono

In general, my lessons focus on helping you to practise speaking. I'm skilful at helping you to develop confidence and improve your accuracy and fluency. My lessons are interactive, and I help you to speak as much as possible! I have a patient and calm teaching style. I want to help you grow in confidence. I will support you as you speak and correct you as necessary.

My daughter just loves learning English with Tom. After each lesson she looks happy and motivated.
Her level of the language has significantly improved. And it’s not only speaking skills, her grammar has also taken a step forward, though grammar could be tricky at such a young age.

My first lesson was fantastic! Tom is incredibly patient, well-prepared, and easy to talk to. I've had many classes before, but this one stood out for being both personalized and efficient. I highly recommend his lessons!
