Hi there, my name's Marina and I'm a proffesional English teacher from the South of Russia. I studied Linguistics and Languages at university, later fell in love with teaching and have been dong it ever since!
I'm passionate about languages and sports, especially strength sports. Apart from that, I'm into books, TV-series and punk-rock music. I'm also a huge dog lover and like spending time outdoors enjoying the nature.Che tipo di insegnante sono
I work with all levels starting from A2 and offer some guidelines for teachers, but I don't teach children.
I teach general English and prepare for international exams (Cambridge exams (KET-CPE), IELTS (General/Academic), TOEFL). I'm also a former speaking examiner so I can help you with some strategies to get a higher score.
I try to keep abreast of new techniques and classroom strategies and try to implement them in my lessons. I always make sure what we do in a lesson is relevant and suitable for students' needs and interests.

My lessons are well-organised and have a clear structure. No matter what your English level is and what aspect of the language we focus on (Reading, Listening, Grammar, Vocabulary) I always make sure we practice what we've learnt by speaking and applying the language. In the lessons you will be the one who speaks the most so that you get more practice and break any existing language barrier.

I enjoy english classes with Marina, they are unusual, exiting and helpful.
i don't feel bad like at school and develop my skills, the teacher finds a lot of outstanding ways to give a material.

Marina is an excellent teacher and I really enjoyed having classes with her. She was always professional and prepared, left reviews about the homework and helped me to understand my mistakes. Her explanations were clear and detailed, materials for the lesson contained various vocabulary and collocations, so I could use them in the exam. She was very helpful and organized, thus I definitely recommend her as a teacher.

Marina is a great teacher to have lessons with! Some time ago she helped me get 8.0 (ielts) and now I'm here again to continue my studies and prepare for Cambridge exams. She's fun, aware of methodology, and all her explanations are clear.

The lesson was fantastic! Learnt so much within just one lesson. Marina doesn't just make you do exercises from a textbook. At the same time, I could feel it was thoroughly prepared. If you are looking for a professional teacher to have fun with, Marina will definitely be the one!
