I believe students should first trust their teacher in order to have a dynamic learning environment. I have become aware that teaching is not really about teaching, it’s about learning. It doesn’t matter how good I think I am as a teacher if my students aren't learning, then I am not succeeding. One basic principle in my teaching method is that it needs to be tailored, fun and enjoyable.

Your Indonesian Adventure Guide I had an experience about teaching when I was in college which I joined non profit organization named House Of English where i can share about languages and cultures. I taught them for free in the orphanages. I also do an offline courses for students around my home which help them to learn English and do their English homeworks. I always treat them as bestfriends so that they will feel more comfortable to learn, always willing to share things,and discuss about their difficulties in learning. It really helped them to improve their languages skills and make them feel confident.
