1. 気分転換 (きぶんてんかん, Kibuntenkan)
英語: Change of pace or refreshment; doing something different to feel refreshed or to shift one's mood.
スペイン語: Cambio de ambiente o despeje; hacer algo diferente para sentirse renovado o cambiar el estado de ánimo.

みなさんはカフェに行くのが好きですか？
私はコーヒーを飲むのは好きじゃないんですが、カフェで作業したり、勉強したりすると気分転換になるのでよく利用します。私の家の近所には大学があるので学生が勉強や作業スペースとして使うことができる静かなカフェが数軒あります。値段も都内に比べて安いし、時間制限などもないのでゆっくり集中することができます。おまけにインターネットの速度も申し分ないです。

特に私のお気に入りのカフェは家から徒歩3分ぐらいのところにあるカフェで、水曜日と日曜日の定休日以外は毎日10時から19時までやっています。たくさん席があって作業している人が多いのでとても静かです。メニューも豊富で色々な飲み物があります。実はこのポッドキャストもカフェで書いています。今日は温かい抹茶ラテを注文しました。飲み物の他にパスタやパンケーキ、クッキーやケーキなどの軽食もあります。
