・東北三大祭り「秋田の竿灯祭り」について紹介
・竿灯とは邪気を払い、五穀豊穣を願う祭り。8月の前半に開催される。
・竿灯は稲穂のような提灯（ちょうちん）がたくさんぶらさがっているもの
・通常「どっこいしょー」の掛け声とともに背の高い竿灯を体を使って倒れないようい支えて見せる祭り(両手を使わないので支えるのはむずかしい）
