When we read contents and watch dramas with a smartphone, we have a tendency to cross-eyed because the distance between a display and eyes is close. On top of that, eyes hardly move since the display is small. That can make muscle to see towards the outside stop working. So, the medical specialist said we should avoid using smartphone for long time and keeping seeing the display with the same posture in the bed before sleeping. The specialist suggests that we have to keep the distance of more than 30 centimeters between our eyes and the display when we watch movies on our smartphone and our tablet. We also should take a breath every time we watch drams and movies with smartphone and tablet for 30 minutes. We should often move our eyes as a training.
