To me there is a subtle differenc in the two expressions. When something is "beyond control", it means that some constraint (technical, legal, etc.) prevents you from controling it. In other words, you do not have the "power" or "authority" to control it. For example the weather is beyond our control. But this does not mean the weather is bad, it could be sunny and beautiful but still "beyond our control".
On the other hand, when something is "out of control", to me there is an unspoken implication that things have gone amuck. For example, a rebellious teenager who does what ever he/she wants (smoking, drinking, staying out all night) and refuses to give in to his/her parents authority, might be said to be "out of control".
Hope this helps!
