What does "have no chill" mean? What kind of connotation does it have?
well, recently some of my co-workers start to use this phrase toward me in different cases. For example, when I am exteaaaaaaaaamly bored or angry with my colleagues I tend to create memes of them and post it in a communal kitchen or spam in a working chat.
But at the same time, if I dramatically overthink stuff or just behave kinda extra cause I have a lot of energy or anxiety, they still use the same phrase.

when I asked one of them what does it mean and why he keeps on using these words in COMPLETELY different situations, his only answer was "Jezz, just chill!"

So I made my internet research, found some contradictory examples and still left puzzled about it.

I've heard it used two ways depending on the context: 1. not caring about what anyone thinks - a less vulgar way of saying "not giving a fuck" when someone is acting reckless and doesn't care about the consequences 2. if a person if overreacting to a situation or generally not relaxed ------ so it looks like it works in both scenarios! you have no chill because you're bold enough to post memes in communal spaces and when you're behaving extra you have no chill.
