みなさんにはおふくろの味がありますか？おふくろの味とはお母さんが子供の頃からよく作っていた料理の味のことです。家庭にはそれぞれの味があり、同じ料理でも作り方が違ったり、調味料の量が違ったりすると思います。おふくろは母という意味なのですが、みなさんの中には父の味、祖母の味がある人もいるかもしれません。
日本人は肉じゃが、味噌汁(misoshiru)、卵焼きをおふくろの味として挙げる人が多いそうです。
ちなみに私にはおふくろの味がありません。私の母はよくカレーを作ってくれましたが、毎回味が違ったので、「おふくろの味」にはならないと思います。
私は母が作った料理よりむしろ元彼のお母さんやパートナーのお母さんが作った料理の方が恋しいです。
みなさんにはおふくろの味がありますか？
今度実家に帰ったら、何を食べたいですか？

Tailored training programs can then be developed to address these deficiencies. Additionally, mentoring and coaching opportunities can be provided to support employees as they develop new skills.
