"Con base en" es una expresión muy utilizada en la lengua española para afirmar, para sustentar, para fundamentar algo. Ejemplo: Con base en las investigaciones realizadas, escribí un artículo académico, es decir gracias a las investigaciones pude escribir este artículo.
