     人类活动促成了食物的相聚，食物的离合，也在调动人类的聚散，西方人称作“命运”，中国人叫它“缘分”。从手到口，从口到心，中国人延续着对世界和人生特有的感知方式。只要点起炉火，端起碗筷，每个平凡的人，都在某个瞬间，参与创造了舌尖上的非凡史诗。

相聚 xiāng jù：gather; reunion;
离合 lí hé：separation and reunion
西方人 xīfāng rén：a person who comes from or lives in the western part of the world
命运 mìng yùn：destiny; fate
缘分 yuán fèn：fate；a lucky coincidence by which people are brought together
延续着 yán xù zhe：continue ; last 
感知 gǎn zhī：perception; make sth.reflected in consciousness through sense organs
平凡的 píng fán de：ordinary; common
瞬间 shùn jiān：moment； instant
参与 cān yù：partake; participate in;
创造 chuàng zào：create; innovation;
非凡fēi fán：extraordinary; outstanding; uncommon
