十分(じゅうぶん)ではないけれど、少(すく)なくとも、満足(まんぞく)はできないけれど、少(すく)なくとも

눈이 많이 오고 겨울에는 정말 추워요. 
제가 여행을 갔을 때는 2월이어서 정말 추웠어요. 
그래서 온천에 갔어요.
