Hi please help. I will have the champagne chilled prepared for you shortly. I will prepare the champagne chilled for you as soon as possible. Are these the same meaning? Thanks in advance

The second sentence is incorrect, i.e. it doesn't make grammatical sense. Prepare smthin chilled doesn't work. You'd have to say something: I will prepare it by having it chilled. The first sentence is more natural.
