Is it correct to say "there are 4 members in my family"? Should I use "people" instead of "members"? I read in my book that you can't say "there are 4 members in my family" . There was no explanation why. But I've found some examples when native speakers use this sentence and I'm a little bit confused now. Could you explain me why we can't say this?
