Hello, my name is Murakami, and I am a community tutor for the Japanese language. I have worked in a Japanese company for over 30 years, having a decade of business experience in foreign countries. It was like a dream come true for me. Now I can help your study Japanese as a foreign language for your future business or travel opportunities.

I have over 30 years of experience working for a Japanese company, including overseas assignments.
I have been offering Japanese lessons at italki since September 2021, after having studied to teach Japanese as a foreign language.

Murakami-san is always patient and makes a lot of effort to make sure that you get to the point of the lesson. He uses a lot of examples to ensure that you can use the new vocabulary in the best possible way and get every nuance of it

I am a big fan of Murakami Sensei's teaching style. He sends me materials before our lesson so I can review it - there is structure, free talk and he explains all the questions I have regarding any grammar or phrases. 10/10 would take his class!
