My name is Angelica Omeogah and I am a graduate of Communications Studies. I am also currently pursuing my Masters study in Technology Communication Management.
I have always loved the English language and have always prided myself in being able to use it fluently.
Since I was a little girl, I had always been everyone's go-to person for help with communicating in English, whether it was written or spoken English.
I began to formalize this practice when I discovered online platforms for teaching English as a foreign language. It was a welcome way for me to share my passion for communicating in English, while helping people around the world achieve their aims around studying English.教学经验
I have been able to help many of my students prepare for standardized tests, business meetings, as well as improve their general conversation skills.
Personally, I have written 2 standardized English proficiency exams and scored top scores, which serves to bolster my confidence and reassures me of my mastery of the language.
To improve my teaching practice, I took a professional TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course, for which I got certified by a TEFL Professional Institute.
I like it when English language is used appropriately to achieve effective communication; so, I do my part here and there to ensure the proliferation of proper English use for communication.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
My lessons incorporate conversations that will engage the students speaking ability, confidence and expression of ideas using English words and sentences.
I like to get my students to relax and just speak to me, because at the end of the day, this language is being learned to increase one's capacity for communication.
In some classes, we will read articles and learn enunciations and other factors that have to with tone for clearer communication.我的教学资料
