I'm Henry, I'm an English teacher from the UK. I live in Scotland and I speak with a neutral British accent.
I love traveling, it's one of my biggest passions! I've visited about 10 countries outside of Europe, including China, Japan, Australia and Canada. In the future I would love to visit Turkey, India, Morocco and South America.
Outside of teaching, I've worked a variety of jobs in hospitality including cook for cafes and restaurants - however, these days I prefer to cook for myself or friends as a hobby!
My other hobbies and interests include: photography, hiking, reading, cinema art and philosophy.教学经验
I have a certificate in teaching English as a foreign language from the the TEFL Academy and I have over 2 years of experience.
I'm very patient and supportive because I understand the difficulty of learning a new language. I teach students of all levels from beginner to advanced and I have a very student orientated approach.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I focus on communication and speaking in my lessons, that means building a student's fluency and confidence with conversation practice, speaking activities and discussions while also working on pronunciation and using the correct grammar and vocabulary. Harry has done the lessons in a chill and flexible way. Basically, we talk about the topics both of us (ngl most of the time I lead) feel comfortable discussing, which is encouraging in my case to talk through things so I could improve my fluency. Thank you 💚
