Twenty years ago, I left the US and moved to Spain, where I began to teach English. In 2012, I studied to become a health coach, a modality which greatly influences my teaching. After years of travel, I settled in Argentina, the place I now call home.
Many of my students are immigrants, too. Others want to travel. We all share a desire to USE our English to express what's in our hearts and minds. We seek to connect with ourselves and with others. We love to learn and we want to grow.教学经验
I help learners USE the English they HAVE -- to GET the English they WANT.
Many of my students feel stuck on "language learning plateaus," frustrated with their "lack of progress" and increasingly insecure about their speaking abilities.
Feeling more confident when speaking is something they deeply desire.

Having gained fluency in Spanish as an adult, I am familiar with the fears and challenges that arise when speaking.
My background in coaching helps me hold a calm, non-judgmental space -- where I provide the empathy and support NECESSARY for adult learners.
