My name is yuri.
When I was a college student, I majored in psychology and often participated in volunteer activities. I also liked international exchange, so I participated in volunteer to convey Japanese language and culture in Cambodia. It was a great experience for me to realize the joy of telling people something. So I would like to interact with many people here as well !!
Also, I worked for a company for several years after graduating from college, but I wanted to be needed as an individual, not as a member of a company.
So I will do my best to improve your Japanese language skills together with you, and I would like to be like a coach to help you achieve your goals together.🏃🏻♀️教学经验

When I was a college student, I was working part-time at a wedding hall. After that,I worked for a wholesaler company for several years. Therefore, I can teach various expressions such as customer service, telephone support, and polite language. Let's speak politely or casually, whichever you prefer to practice!
As you can see in the reviews, I can listen to your Japanese to the best of my ability and teach you natural Japanese.
More than anything, I think it is important to talk while having fun.😊

In the beginner class, by listening to various voices, imitating them, and speaking out, you can speak naturally when you notice.

My recent lesson with Yuri-san was a true joy. Her teaching style combines professionalism with warmth, making every session engaging and encouraging. Yuri-san has the ability to create an environment where learning feels both rewarding and enjoyable. Her enthusiasm for teaching and deep understanding of the language continually fuel my enthusiasm for learning Japanese. I always leave her lessons feeling inspired. I've studied Japanese for almost a year and I've been on italki since May 22nd 2024.
I've done a few lessons with Yuri San and here's the thing; she doesn't speak any English so you're going to experience a real Japanese lesson with her. My previous teacher spoke fluent English and I think we spent a lot of time talking in English which was my fault.
With Yuri San the option of speaking English does not exist and that's why you'll have to try to speak Japanese and use whatever knowledge you have if you're a beginner.

Yuri is a very patient teacher. I struggle to remember new words or I often forget words as I read, but she always lets me try to figure it out on my own first and then helps me. I'm starting to enjoy reading again and I'm thankful to have her as my teacher. 🤗

もう二年以上ゆりさんのレッスンを予約してきましたが、いつも非常に楽しい時間を過ごしています。最初の頃は自分の思いをうまく伝えることができませんでしたが、ゆりさんはいつも親身になって支えてくださり、新しい言葉や表現を教えてくださったおかげで、さまざまな話題について日本語で話せるようになりました。また、私の言葉遣いや態度を丁寧に正してくださったことで、自信を持って会話ができるようになりました。
ゆりさんのおかげで、日本に行ったときにはたくさんの人と話すことができ、素晴らしい経験をし、有意義な時間を過ごすことができました。まだまだ私の日本語は未熟ですが、これからもゆりさんのレッスンを続けて、さらに上達したいと思います。

My Japanese has improved so much after taking classes with Yuri-先生! She will match your own pace, help you with sentences and fix your mistakes while letting you do most of the talking.
I started off as a very shy student who stuttered often and couldn't remember vocabulary very well, and now I can hold a simple conversation in Japanese without needing to pause a lot.
Yuri-先生 is a great teacher who makes you feel at ease and who will help you improve your Japanese skills
