Hello, I am Veronika and I teach Bulgarian. I live in Sofia and work remotely since 2016. People say about me that I am positive, energetic, ethical, friendly, ambitious, bold, confident and decisive. I love trying new things, creating new methods, introducing and sharing new ideas with others. I speak fluently French and learn Italian; yoga, books, cats, bikes and wine are the tiny little touch helping me to relax at the end of a productive day.

Me as a Teacher: fresh, lively, practical and engaging! I teach Bulgarian (and French) and I base my practice on a couple of teaching principles: -continuous learning and use of the best practices and tools (CURIOUS) -accessibility for everyone (RESPONSIBLE) -individual approach (INCLUSIVE) -inspiring and productive learning environment (AUTHENTIC) -regular feedback and review of the SMART goals of the learner (AUDACIOUS) -respect and patience with the different types of learners and their natural talents (NATURAL) -having fun (FUN)

My teaching style reflects the following: "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn."- Benjamin Franklin I am experienced online and F2F tutor. Knowing presentation, correction and practicing teaching techniques. I love using authentic visuals and documents, mind maps, videos and go out of the box, but also help my students reach their goals. I give conversational/general classes to both adults and kids from beginner to advanced level.

Veronika is very sweet! I have never learned Bulgarian before, but Veronika acted out words and spoke slowly in Bulgarian so that I could understand. She is very helpful and knowledgeable on how to teach!
