Hello! My name is Tammy and I am from the UK. I live in North East England. I have been an English Language teacher since 2008.
I'm a highly qualified teacher and linguist. I have an English Language Teaching diploma, as well as BA English Language, MSc Applied Linguistics and MA Foresnsic Phonetics (speech).
When I'm not teaching English, I also train other teachers, and I work as a speaking examiner. I also work as an accent and dialect coach with actors.
I'm passionate about music, travel and culture. I love learning about other peoples' interests and lives, and all about their home countries.教学经验
I'm a patient, friendly teacher. I'm attentive to what my students goals are, and skilled at identifying what they need to do to reach their goals.
I work as an examiner, so if you have an upcoming English text, I can give you a realistic idea of your level, and help you prepare for an exam such as IELTS.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
In the first lesson, I'll assess your level and find out about why you are taking the lessons.
In general English lessons, we'll focus on developing your vocabulary and your speaking and listening skills.
In exam lessons, we'll focus on developing your vocbaulary, grammar and do a lot of practice test exercises.
For any other specific purposes (e.g. if you need to use English at work), i will tailor the lessons to you and your specific needs.我的教学资料
