Hello everyone! I am a native-born English speaker from southern England. Aside from teaching, I am an enthusiastic music lover. I especially enjoy rock music, and I like playing and recording guitar music. I am also an avid reader of stimulating books. I love going for long walks in picturesque landscapes. I also like keeping up-to-date with the news, watching TV series, and spending time with friends. I also run a couple of YouTube channels. One channel is all about the nuances of the English language. The other is all about testing with grammar questions. I am a Trinity CertTESOL-qualified professional English teacher, with more than 14 years of teaching experience. I began teaching in South Korea, where I developed my skills at a prestigious language academy for two years. Since then, I have also taught in Italy, Austria and Brazil, as well as my home country, England. I have instructed students of varying age groups and levels. They have ranged from 6 years to 70 years old, and from beginner to advanced learners. My teaching philosophy revolves around recognizing the uniqueness of each student. I like to conduct lessons in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere.

Pronunciation - This class focuses on improving various areas of English pronunciation. Exam Preparation - This class is for those of you who are planning to take a KET, PET, FCE, CAE or IELTS examination. Academic English - This class focuses on English skils needed for academic environments.

English TeacherSt. George's School of English - Worthing, 英国In this role, I taught English to groups of teenage students from overseas, and adults who were attending daily classes. The types of classes I taught were general English and exam preparation for the FCE, CAE and IELTS tests.

2016 - 2016

English TeacherThe Language Learning Centre - Busalla, 意大利A short, 3 month, teaching job in the town of Busalla, located near Genoa. Here, I taught a range of levels and ages, including children, teenagers, young adults and older folks. This job included teaching general English, and exam preparation classes for KET, PET, FCE and CAE and IELTS exams.

2015 - 2015

English TeacherEnglish in Action - Various European Cities, 英国In this job, I taught the English in Action weekly course in various European cities. The lessons included a mix of materials designed by English in Action, and lessons designed by myself and other teachers.

Great lesson! I learned about stressing words. I'm glad for having lessons again. My lessons with David improved my conversation skills and specific points that are particularly difficult for me, like the topic of today. David had also helped me to be able to get the score I needed on Ielts.
