Hello! I'm Tony. I'm from North East Scotland. I specialise with nervous speakers who want to start speaking English but feel anxious or don't have confidence.
I love learning languages and helping people succeed with their goals so that they can achieve what they want from life. I want you to succeed. Together, we will make that happen!
I am a language enthusiast and I'm very interested in learning about different languages around the world.
My hobbies are playing music, playing video games, watching anime and learning from books, podcasts and Youtube videos!教学经验
I know how scary it can be to meet a teacher for the first time and also to speak to them in a different language! So my aim is to create a friendly and comfortable environment where my student can feel 100% relaxed when trying to use their new language. In my lessons I will:
- Create lessons that will target areas of English you don't have confidence in.
- Send you a document with corrections + explanations for the corrections.
- Give pronunciation and accent reduction assistance if you want to sound more native.

My opinion of Tony's classes is very positive. The classes were interesting and engaging. I learned a few new things from them! In addition, I didn't feel any pressure during the lessons, which allowed me to express my thoughts more freely and actively participate in the conversation.

It was a really great lesson with Tony. He has a very empathetic approach and has a really friendly personality, so you don´t feel anxious at all when speaking in foreign language with him. He´s also communicative and supportive, and asks a lot of questions, so won´t find yourself in a situation where you don´t know what to talk about. So you can have a really good conversation practice with him.
