Hi my name is Mary.
My aim is to help others love Irish the way I do!
I have a degree in Irish and English and am currently in my last year of Masters degree in Education to become a post-primary school teacher.教学经验
My main goal is to make students feel comfortable to challenge themselves but to also make mistakes! I have lots of experience teaching in schools, summer camps and one-to-one classes with students of different levels. I am currently teaching in a post-primary school.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I try to incorporate as many different types of learning activities into all my lessons, as everyone learns differently! I understand how hard it can be learning new languages or even brushing up on what you already know. My aim is to give students a space to ask questions and request whatever help they need to learn. In between classes I usually set homework for all of my students. The type of work is based on the students needs, and I am always one text away if help is needed.我的教学资料

Class was great! Packed with information from start to finish and it went by so quickly. Words were explained with meaning and translation and I was encouraged to speak and form sentenes right away, which I love. Highly recommend!

Usually I do a conversation practice with Mary almost every week, but today I asked her for some grammar instruction and practice. It was an excellent class and helped me a lot!

Another great conversation practice with Mary, as always. I have been doing Irish conversation practices with her regularly, usually weekly, since January of this year, so it's been almost eleven months. I highly recommend Mary.

Mary has been a wonderful Irish tutor to me. She's very kind, patient, and understanding. Lessons seem to move at a pace that's just right- not too fast or too slow- and the homework always directly relates to the subjects covered. I feel like Mary genuinely cares for her students and their learning, and I definitely recommend her as a tutor or teacher :)
