My name is Maho. I am a native Japanese speaker from Kyoto, Japan and currently live in Tokyo.
I got a bachelor's degree in foreign languages studies and studied Japanese language education and cross-cultural psychology. I am a professional Japanese teacher online. I am friendly, kind and patient😊

I have learned from my own experience studying abroad in the U.S. twice that the best way to improve foreign language is to speak with native speakers.

She is very nice and easy to talk to.
If you don't know a word or need an explaination on something, she can help you in English if necessary.
She also adapts her speaking speed according to your level so you don't feel lost.

Mahoさん is an amazing teacher! This was only my first lesson with her and I can already tell she's the perfect fit for me. She took notes diligently which is incredibly helpful for when I study after our lessons. She carefully explained grammar points I didn't understand and corrected my sentences. She makes you feel comfortable so that you feel motivated to speak. If you are on the fence about booking a lesson, don't hesitate! Mahoさんのクラスを予約して下さい。
