It was great to see Betsi again after a short hiatus! She calmed my nerves with speaking Amharic for an upcoming trip to Ethiopia. She loaded me up with helpful phrases, advice and tips for visiting. By the time the trip comes around, I will be comfortable & at ease with putting my Amharic to the test. 😊

Another great lesson! Betselot made the alphabet less daunting and feasible to learn, she differentiated the groups and meanings wonderfully! I am excited for the challenge and to eventually understand fidel text :)

Betselot allows me to be free to be inquisitive & ask questions. She remains patient when I slip back into applying English patterns to Amharic and directs me back on track! Amharic can be really challenging but she is kind and understands the process of learning a language. 🙌🏾
