I am a polyglot fluent in German, Cantonese, English, and Chinese, currently studying Japanese. Born&raised in Hong Kong, I moved to Germany for further studies and completed a degree fully taught in German. After graduating, I worked in the renewable energy industry for >5 years while teaching German in my free time.
Now as a German tutor residing in Singapore, I help students navigate learning German by drawing from my own experience. I am passionate about language learning and cultural exchange.
My hobbies are bouldering, hiking, travelling (Taiwan&Japan mostly :D) and watching anime.
I am also interested in topics like food, J-pop, digitalisation, politics and sustainability.教学经验

To make learning effective and enjoyable, I use a variety of materials, including audio and video sources for listening practice, as well as interactive games to build confidence in speaking.

Erica is very well prepared and organised even though I told her my learning needs kinda late. I saw that she has materials prepared for every level and we practiced the phrases I need for going to the local German immigration office. She even gave me tips which situation I could face, since it will be the first time I go to the immigration by myself. I will for sure book her class again whenever I have specific needs.
