私は広島の片田舎に、家族と、犬、猫、鶏たちと暮らしています。
趣味は、漫画、海外ドラマ、編み物、料理、家庭菜園などです。

I live in the countryside of Hiroshima prefecture with my family with a dog, a cat, and chickens.
My hobbies are reading comics, watching films and TV dramas from abroad, cooking, gardening, and needlework.

I had over 3,000 lessons with more than 250 students.
In the most standard lesson plan, I use textbooks and study from the basics.
My other lesson plan acts as a "lesson consultant".
I listen to detailed information about your current Japanese level, what you are studying, how much you are studying, how many hours a day you are studying, etc. I check to see if you are studying correctly, if anything is missing, or if anything is unnecessary.
This is also recommended for those who are not in the habit of studying.
I also work as an interpreter and Hiroshima's local guide for tourists who come from overseas.

I prefer to use "Genki textbooks" or "初級日本語 とびら I / TOBIRA 1: Beginning Japanese for beginners", basically.
I also have other textbooks so let me know which one you want to use. :)
For Intermediate students, I use 上級へのとびら.
(Again, let me know if you want to use different one.)
Up to Intermediate, we'll learn Japanese more flexibly.
Not only reading textbooks but also speaking and using daily basis Japanese.
Also, I want students to learn "live Japanese" and use websites, SNS, etc. for reading and talking about it.

I wholeheartedly recommend Fumiko sensei to anyone. She is a very attentive, meticulous and organized teacher while also being kind, funny and ridiculously energetic every single class. She doesn't fly over the problematic parts of Japanese but she always makes sure you understand everything and know how to use it properly. I really struggled with numbers so she made sure we spend 5 minutes every class drilling it. The whole time she made sure I don't feel slow and dumb, was very motivating and supportive. I also feel like she really cares about me as a person, about my hobbies so we made really nice, friendly connection.
If you need classes to be full of energy and sweet at the same time, Fumiko's classes are perfect for you.
