I recently graduated from university in Barcelona with a degree in International Relations, a field in which languages play a key role. I love reading and going to the cinema. I grew up bilingual in Catalan and Swedish, speak fluent Spanish and English, and have also learned French and Arabic during my studies. Now, since moving to Austria for an internship, I’ve started learning German as well! I’ve always been passionate about languages—the process of learning, the grammar behind them, and how each one has its own unique challenges.

I have years of experience tutoring students, mainly in Catalan and English, and have worked with different learning styles and goals. Catalan is my native language, but beyond speaking it, I understand its grammar deeply. As for English, I’ve self-taught through books and media, completed my university degree in English, and now work in an English-speaking environment. I currently hold a C2 proficiency level.

I believe in a balanced approach: exposure through listening and speaking is crucial, but so is structured learning, including grammar and writing. With my tutoring, we can adapt to your needs, whether it's improving conversation skills, working on grammar, preparing for a specific task, or just building confidence in a language. I am very adaptable and prepare my classes in advance. Despite classes being online, without a learning book, I like following some sort of structure, in order to make it easier for the student.
