I grew up in Alaska, in the USA with my American father and English mother. Since leaving Alaska, I have also lived in Arizona, Texas, and outside the US in Italy, Slovakia, Azerbaijan, Japan, and now I spend most of my year in Brazil and travel the rest of the time.
During university when I was a teenager, I focused on a degree in Russian. In 2020, I started a new degree in International Relations.
In my free time, I love learning languages and travelling. I would like to visit all the countries in the world, as I'm not only fascinated by languages, but also other cultures. So far, though, I've only visited about 80. I also play on an ultimate team and practice Krav Maga regularly.教学经验
I have been a TEFL-certified, professional teacher in countries around the world since 2011, and online since 2016. I began tutoring younger students as early as 2000, though. I love how fulfilling it is to help my students achieve their language goals, especially when those are tied in with their major life goals. There's no better feeling than helping a student get their dream job, get into a foreign university, or simply feel confident in their travels.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
All of my lessons are customized to my students' wants and needs. I have a wide range of interesting materials to help them reach their goals in a relaxed, but professional and productive environment. Apart from typical lessons for improving your English, I also offer lessons focused on business, exam preparation, and even group conversation lessons.
Gauged to the degree of my students' needs, we work on all language skills: vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, speaking (conversation and pronunciation), and listening.我的教学资料
