I have a deep love for music, especially the piano, and I enjoy exploring different cultures and societies. My interests include International Relations, Geography, History, and Politics, so I love having meaningful discussions about global topics. Lately, I've been diving into programming, Linux, and cloud computing, always eager to learn something new!教学经验
I am a certified Korean language teacher, holding a teaching license from the National Institute of Korean Language. With over 10 years of teaching experience, I’ve helped students from diverse backgrounds, including Korean adoptees while I was in the USA.
As a teacher, I focus on motivation and active learning. I encourage students to think, apply, and solve challenges on their own because I believe hands-on practice leads to better understanding. 📚 Grammar Lessons:
I use a structured book series to teach grammar. Each lesson includes clear explanations, exercises, and practice activities to help reinforce your understanding. We typically cover one chapter per lesson, but I adjust the pace based on your needs.

We choose a topic together—news articles, blogs, videos, or books—and discuss it in depth. For beginners, we start with basic expressions and repeat them naturally throughout the lesson to build confidence.

Very happy with the progress I've made with Byeongho over the last year and a half. With his help, I've gone from only knowing Hangeul to being able to have my lessons mostly conducted in Korean. Byeongho is very flexible in tailoring his lessons to my goals, and I'm looking forward to my lessons with Byeongho in the future.

Whilst my lessons with Byeongho are largely based around a textbook, he's always great with deviating from the textbook if I have any questions about grammar or concepts that I've encountered in my own time. I've been learning from Byeongho for over 2 years now and he's always been empathetic and encouraging. I'm looking forward to learning from Byeongho for the foreseeable future.
