Hi, I’m Chiara! I’m here to make learning Italian both fun and engagin!
With 3 degrees in Italian and a master's in teaching Italian to foreigners, plus loads of experience with exams like Celi, Plida, and Cils, I'm here to help you reach your goals!
I've taught in schools, businesses, and with all kinds of groups, even in study abroad groups in Italy. Isn’t it fun to learn under the sun with a nice drink in hand?
Unfortunately, here we’ll be sitting at the computer, but you can take me with you to the beach, to the sea, to the mountains, or even to the office! I promise it’ll feel like opening a window to Italy, while you learn my beautiful language,教学经验
As a teacher I'm really thorough, patient and cheerful. I like having fun while working so the atmosphere in our lessons will always be really relaxed. I consider myself really funny (try to believe it!) and I'm sure that's the key of learning.
I'm also really empathetic with students: I speak 5 languages and I know the struggle to learn something new but no worries, I'm here to help you and motivate you in your learning path!

Chiara was able to quickly gauge my current abilities in the language and design targeted lessons to accommodate my learning needs. As I have an upcoming trip to Italy we focused on commutation and understanding how to read and speak in the situations I will most likely come across during my vacation. We practice with text, with fill in the blanks, with no text present (memory) and she gives me homework to study and prepare. After my trip, we will be focusing more on structure and grammar so that I can continue to work on moving up levels as I hope to take another CILS exam. I feel confident in our sessions and our progress, and will continue to work with and recommend Chiara to other students.

Chiara is the perfect professor if you are serious about your language journey. She is extremely attentive to detail in regards to both grammar and conversation issues that a student might have.
Besides that, if you want to prepare for an exam such as the PLIDA or CILS she is more than willing to delineate a plan ( in a reasonable time frame of course ) to achieve your desire goal in the Italian language.

Chiara is an exceptional teacher. I am trying to improve my Italian quickly in preparation for an exam and have committed to a regular course of study with Chiara. I had studied Italian for roughly a year and a half but not very seriously. I had an inconsistent grammatical foundation. Chiara correctly identified my level and gaps in my knowledge and has devised a course of study tailored to my learning goals. I enjoy my lessons with Chiara enormously. She’s diligent and thorough and maintains a quick pace, but makes the learning process feel fun. We usually meet for an hour and the lesson flies by. She is clear and correct my errors in a way that leaves me feeling encouraged and confident that I can continue to improve. I have made tremendous progress in a short period of time thanks to her support. I trust completely that with her help I will be able to take and pass this exam.

I have had many Italian teachers in the last year; but Chiara is definitely the best. She is so organized and communicates ideas so well; each lesson I get so much from.
