Valeria, born in Salento, passionate teacher for a living.
When I used to live abroad, these were the typical sentences that I heard:
“Italian is such a romantic language”
“I love your accent, it’s funny”.
Tons of coffees and hours in a library, my project became reality.

The key of my teaching style is «Learning&Doing – Doing& Learning».
When I teach offline, every activity, from the one to one lesson to the workshop, from the board game to the Apulian tour, is based on missions to accomplish.
Students learn Italian with Karaoke, role plays (would you like to be Pavarotti for few hours?), Italian recipes, cappuccinos to ask in a cafè, treasure-huntings around the city.
When I teach online I try to add fun to my lessons: role-plays, quizzes, customized conversations and songs are my trump cards.
Smiling is the main ingredient for effective learning.

I have proudly created a project of ONLINE Italian lessons for travellers and people in love with my language.
I used to be a serial traveller but, when I arrived in Melbourne, I decided that sharing my language would become the job of my life.
When I’m abroad, these are the typical sentences that I hear:
Italian is such a romantic language
I love your accent, it’s funny
Please, keep talking, it’s so… sexy!
So one day I started to work on my idea and after hard study, plenty of fieldwork (and lots of caffeine), finally my new idea has become real.
I teach with a smile and tons of passion. These, I suppose, are the main ingredients of a successful lesson :)我的教学资料

I had a few italian lessons with Valeria. She is an amazing teacher - professional, knowledgeable and supportive. She puts a lot of effort in preparing for the class and in making sure that the subject is understood completely. She helps me to build my goals and incorages me to learn. Valeria strives to create a friendly, cheerful and joyous environment during the class. I am very happy that I chose her as my teacher and would recommend her to anyone who wishes to take italian language classes.
