Hi, I'm Paul and I'm a qualified English teacher from England, now based in the UK. I love teaching English to adults, which is why I have been doing it full-time for 30 years. In fact, I am also an avid language learner myself, which explains why I am currently learning German. My other interests include psychology, history, personal development and long-distance running.教学经验
Around 10 years ago, I switched to one-to-one English tutoring and coaching. In this setting, I can identify more clearly individual needs and modify the course accordingly. I always try to strike a balance between enjoyment on the one hand and solid progress on the other.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
In a typical conversation course, for instance, as we have an enjoyable chat based on topics I think you will find interesting, I will monitor your English and make a note of alternative words, collocations and expressions you could have used, issues you have with pronunciation and intonation, as well as any unnatural phrasing or grammar mistakes. We will talk about these issues in the lesson and I will test you regularly on these points in future lessons.我的教学资料
