My name is Laura. I am from Australia, and my husband and I currently live in Shanghai.

I love to travel and have been to over 20 countries and counting!

I adore reading and watching movies.

I enjoy cooking and my favourite kind of food is Morrocan, which is one place I haven't been too... yet! I make a great chocolate and banana cake and I am really good and eating it too, especially with a cup of tea!

I have taught both children and adults in private classes and online. I have a TEFL certificate from UK Qualifications-accredited TEFL Acadamy.
I know that learning a language is frustrating, so I want to make it enjoyable and relaxing! I will help you learn real English! I will get to know you, find out your language learning style. I am practical, realistic, and easy going. We will use pictures, TV shows, interesting magazines, books and video, to help you know, understand, use and LOVE English!
I will create a lesson plan for you after I assess your language level, reasons for studying, and your goals.
