I was born in Germany and moved to the States when I was twenty years old. I've been teaching and pursuing my acting career in New York, Los Angeles and Atlanta. I currently live in Germany.
I have a 24 HOUR CANCELATION POLICY. Please use the italki system to reschedule or cancel lessons with more than 24 hours notice. Please do not request to reschedule within 24 hours. What makes me stand out is that I have learned how the CIA and FBI teach languages. It is quick, effective, easy and it works like no other system. And now I can help you reach more proficiency effectively so that you learn German with joy and confidence.
I have taught adults and children from all walks of life for more than 20 years now. I tutor all skill levels in German and English and beginners in French and Japanese.

My teaching centers around the system in use by the CIA and FBI. The key to learning a language quickly is to apply interval recall of vocabulary while forming sentences.
This way of learning makes the learner produce the words instantly out of his or her own mind (as opposed to a book or another outside source) therefore creating the new neural pathways.
We can work at a quick pace because the more sentences you produce the better you will retain the new information.
I also use pictures to create a simple prompt and response conversation style which enables even beginning students to talk in the target language.5.0

I have taken classes with Celine for about two and a half years now. First, she taught me German and now she is teaching me French from German. She is excellent at explaining grammar and always makes sure that her classes are fun. Our classes are always filled with laughter and good vibes.

I am new in Switzerland and have a bit of difficulty with talking and i think a lot what the right sentence is. Already we practice just talking and she gave me good tips. I will do more lessons with her!
