Hello there, My name is Kaluba or "Kay". I'm a former customer service specialist and currently freelance as an English language practice coach. I enjoy helping others through my work especially as a tutor here on Italki. English is my native language and I also have intermediary knowledge of Russian.
I enjoy long walks and dancing when I'm alone at home as most introverts do. I love animals and occasionally draw and write poetry as way to de-stress. I go to church on Sundays & enjoy watching game shows.
I am well versed in current affairs and enjoy learning about different cultures & places.教学经验

I understand what it's like to learn a new language and how hard and intimidating it can be therefore I exercise patience with all my students . I have a neutral accent & speak slow and deliberately so that you can hear and understand words clearly. I give constructive criticism and correction where necessary. I have a good sense of humor to keep lessons fun and interactive as that lessens the stress that comes with learning a second language. I give positive feedback frequently to encourage my students and boost their morale. My lessons and teaching style involve frequent conversation practice through guided topic discussions, article reading and writing exercises. We will go through texts and articles on what ever topic the student prefers in order to help improve their pronunciation,knowledge of words and their meanings. Interactive sessions are a fun way to get students interested and motivated to learn more about a particular subject and it's also a tool to teach general knowledge about the world. I offer proof reading of reports, homeworks or assignments for students that take English classes or courses in College/University and other services for working professionals.我的教学资料
