Sarah is my favorite language teacher ever! (I've studied Spanish, German, and Finnish). She has a real gift to remember what you know and help you find creative ways to use your vocabulary. Even though I am a new learner (<4 months), she makes every lesson interesting and helps me see the possibilities of ways to combine my knowledge into new phrases, sentences and questions. She is always encouraging. I feel very comfortable speaking Chinese with her, and she gives me lots of opportunities to focus lessons on the things I feel will be most relevant for my personal goals. I am having a lot of fun studying with Sarah, and I am making meaningful progress to my goal of being able to hold conversations in Chinese.
TL;DR Sarah is a wonderful teacher, with exceptionally good communication skills. She goes to extra effort to plan lessons that are perfect for my skill level, and she is attentive to my personal goals. Highly recommended!
