Hello everyone. I'm Tom from Japan. I'm a Japanese native speaker and I would like to help you improve your Japanese. I look forward to meeting new students and speaking Japanese together in a relaxed way.

My interests :
Studying Japanese history, visiting shrines and temples (collecting stamps in Goshuincho), running, travel, playing guitar (flamenco guitar!), learning English, etc.教学经验
I have taught students from different countries for more than 3,000 lessons on italki as well as one-on-one lessons for business persons working in Japan.
Prior to my teaching career, I have more than 15 year working experience in IT and educational institutions, so I can share how to use Business Japanese with you.
My interest in Japanese culture was strengthened again while teaching Japanese. I love to read books (or I just keep piling up unread books...), so I also enjoy reading and talking about Japanese and English literature. Watching Japanese anime as well.

I may be a little strict for improvement. If you want me to point out areas for improvement, this is the place for you. I am a coach who wants to help you improve their Japanese, so I take it seriously. I want students to learn correct and understandable Japanese, so I will point out grammatical errors and pronunciation as necessary.

I just finished my trial lesson with Tom Sensei. He clearly outlined learning goals and expectations based on my reason for learning the language. He is also very well prepared with resources that he has made such as quizlets and practice exams to further solidfy the topics covered in the Tobira textbook. I highly recommend!
