Hello! My name is Ayanda Mazibuko from Durban, South Africa. I have been teaching IsiZulu and English on Italki for 3+ years now. I am a lover of life and people but in a very reserved way. I am very shy in social settings but give me a textbook and some students? I am a totally different person. One fun fact about me is that my mother was a teacher, and as a child, I could not stand the thought of also becoming a teacher. And here we are, almost three decades later - the joke's on me. I look forward to meeting new people and learning more about the various cultures and the diverse life experiences of people around the world. I hope to learn from you as you do from me :)教学经验
I have a passion for tutoring IsiZulu and English. I would say my enthusiasm for tutoring has been a natural progression of my love for being a student. While others love playing instruments and some playing sports, I love going to school. I have also completed the 120 hour TEFL course for personal development and to improve my skills as a tutor. I am a calm, versatile and open-minded instructor who likes to use humour to build a comfortable space to make mistakes and learn from them- because that is what learning is all about我提供的课程和我的教学风格

Ayanda is an amazing teacher. Not everyone who can speak isiZulu can teach the language but Ayanda understands the teaching part and explains grammar with well-prepared material. She also explains expressions and words that are used in real language not in books. She is very easy going and fun. She adjusts classes according to my goal and current progress which I really appreciate.
