I find this statement too frequently displayed for something so timidly inspiring - almost as intimidating as the sadly famous "tell me about yourself" in job interviews.
Speaking is about sharing, so let me share about myself first and maybe inspire you : French born near Paris, I now live in the Alps after having moved more times than I have fingers (toes included). While I enjoy teaching, I mostly enjoy sharing about culture differences: trying to tell between tendencies and stereotypes (like... do Frenchies really stink? ⚔️【Beginners】You have basics? Then you can speak! Your French won't be refined just yet, and it doesn't have to: you want to understand and to be understood. I'll focus on common expressions, on pronunciation, and on your methods.
⚔️⚔️【Intermediate】You now want to communicate on your favourite topics and break the ice. Your vocabulary needs to be both broader (slang, filler words) and more specialised in your target areas. You'll soon use "real" French expressions naturally.

A very enjoyable conversation with Hugo, he gave me a couple of idiomatic expressions that will definitely be useful to me, I'd say he taught me some real french poetry. Recommended

Hugo is very helpful, friendly and entertaining! He gives useful tips/resources to remember certain words and tricky grammar rules. He’s great at catching grammar/pronunciation mistakes too. I feel a lot more confident about my upcoming oral expression exam thanks to him! I highly recommend 😄
