After talking to many teachers on Italki, I have come to the conclusion that Paola is the only person who is able to improve the student's skills enormously in a very short time. Moreover, her positive charisma and her loving energy are a blessing for the soul.

Paola is very patient and kind!! I had a wonderful first lesson. She helped me with grammar, speaking, and pronunciation. She also sent me the pdf documents so I can review at home. Paola really understands that learning a new language can be daunting, and she is great at explaining the differences between Italian, her native language, and English, a language she has a high level of fluency in. This is important, because she can really articulate the point she's trying to make, in a way she knows I will be able to comprehend.
