2021年3月16日起成为italki教师兴趣话题历史艺术音乐
I'm an IELT's test prep specialist. I've been a teacher for over 35 years. I have a background in media. I like video and music production, creative writing and art.
I've also taught children in China for 13 years. Phonics, vocabulary, speech and reading. Young learners age 4-9 welcome.
I've written three children's books and one novel that needs to go through a final draft when I can find the time.
I keep fit with weight training and kettlebells. Which is necessary because I do have a love for beer ;)教学经验
I began teaching in the 1980's and for the last 14 years I've been teaching English in Shanghai, China. I've taught all ages, ranging from children of 5 up to adults.

TEFL - ITTT - 2021This is a 120 hour certificate. I first qualified as an English teacher age 17, with City and Guilds, in the 1980’s—a long time ago, so I decided to update my credentials. This TEFL certificate is a reinforcement of the experience I’ve gained over the past 35 years.

TEFL - ITTT - 2021I've taught children for 14 years in China. A TEFL (updated in 2021) is the necessary certificate to do so. I've taught as young as 5 years old to teenage (when talking about children) I teach adults too.
